Rodney Clark came to MSU from a processing background in the dairy industry. Although primarily responsible for the manufacture of products and the cleaning and sanitation, Rodney also functions as a mechanical problem solver and a hands-on instructor for students working in the plant. Additionally, Rodney oversees and plans production of dairy food products; maintains inventory of dairy products and supplies; supervises quality assurance program and maintains records; maintains production records and generates reports; assists with teaching and research activities.
